Saregama India Ltd., India's flag music and entertainment Company and most loved radio station Radio City 91.1 FM launched Sarhadein: "Music Beyond Boundaries."
Comprising rare solos and a dream duet by Lata Mangeshkar and Mehdi Hassan,Sarhadein: Music Beyond Boundaries also boasts of soulful renditions by Usha Mangeshkar and Rekha Bharadwaj. Additionally, the album has some memorable songs sung by Hariharan, Suresh Wadkar, Ghulam Ali and Sonu Niigaam. The lyrics are penned by none other than India's acclaimed Javed Akhtar, with the opening poem by Pakistan's famed Farhat Shahzad. The music is composed by Mayuresh Pai.
